Cold Water Swimming Policy

Yesterday was the first day we've gone below 15 degrees Celsius since the spring season! With that, we introduce our cold water swimming policy. We are currently at 14.5 degrees in the pool, and this will continue to decrease as we move further into the autumn 🍂.

It's a shame to say we can no longer allow children to swim in the pool now that the temperature has fallen below 15 degrees, as stated in our cold water swimming policy.

We strongly believe that cold water swimming is incredible for your mental and physical health, as long as the right precautions are taken. We have lots of cold water swimming advice on our website and our lifeguards are always here to help!
